Bolt on Balcony Systems

 

Our unique and innovative ThermConX bolt on balcony systems are modulised units designed to be manufactured off site and attached to the building at a later date in the build schedule without the need for scaffolding.

They allow structural connections to be made between external balconies and the internal floor slab, without compromising the continuous thermal insulation of the building.   All our bolt on balcony systems come complete with the necessary ThermConX thermal break connections to ensure complete compliance with all thermal bridging regulations   Our balcony systems are designed to suit all methods of construction, from timber frame to brick and block and wind post.
